Double Seal Threshold Seal

FOR INWARD OR OUTWARD OPENING DOORS. Two flexible EPDM rubber seals set in an aluminium alloy section provide high resistance to ingress of rain, wind, snow etc. The seal design gives improved efficiency as the wind pressure increases, yet allows for easy door movement. The sill is easily fitted without rebating either the door or frame.It is held securely in position by screws through the centre of the channel and flexible end lugs protect the door frame from decay. Channel accepts the Striker Block enabling flush bolts to beused with this product. Sub Seal allows installation onto wet or dry thresholds without messy mastics.
