Carriage Information

 

At EHS Architectural we do not endeavour to make a profit from the charges we make for carriage, whilst still providing our customers with choice as well as an excellent level of service.

 

To this end, once you reach the checkout, we will list the options available to you, and you can then make your selection based on your geographical location, and the speed of delivery you require. The delivery times stated begin from the date of despatch, so the estimated delivery times listed with your selected products should also be taken in to consideration.

 

We have the ability to despatch to areas not listed, and these would be on a quotation basis, as we must take the destination, number of parcels, dimensions and weights into consideration.

 

For all of our services, and on request, we can provide a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s web site, which will display regularly updated information on the whereabouts of your consignment.

 

 

Our standard carriage charges and services are as follows :

 

Collection from EHS -        Free for any order value

 

EH Postcodes only -           1 to 2 Day service

                                               £5.50 for orders under £100.00.

                                               Free for orders £100.00 and over.

 

UK Mainland

(Not Highlands) -                2 to 3 Day service

                                               £7.50 for orders under £100.00.

                                               Free for orders £100.00 and over.

                                               Next Working Day -            

                                               £15.00 for orders under £100.00

                                               £7.50 for orders £100.00 and over.

 

 

Scottish Highlands -           2 to 3 Day service

                                                £10.00 for orders under £150.00.

                                                Free for orders £150.00 and over.

 

Scottish Islands -               3 to 5 Day service

                                                £20.00 for orders under £150.00.

                                                £10.00 for orders between £150.00 and £300.00.

                                                Free for orders £300.00 and over.
